Omg! Omg! Omg!

Wow is today my birthday or something? Mummy got up, ate, fed me...everything normal right? Then we went for a WALK! When we got home, Mummy left and I took a nap upstairs. When Mummy got home, we went for ANOTHER walk! This time we went to my neighbor, Jay's, house! I wanted to play with Jay and then Mummy disappeared again, but she came back with another leash! I was so happy happy happy! Jay pulled Mummy a lot and he was really excited too. We got to the park and Mummy tied us up, took my backpack off of me and put it on Jay! AHHHHH!!!! So nice! Little Jay got scared of the backpack, but I told him it was ok and we walked and walked and walked! When we got home Mummy let us wrestle! I am pooped out now...I think I'll sleep to celebrate :) Zzzz!!!

Backpacking

My nose is almost all healed up! Just a little pink still where the pigment hasn't come back yet. Sorry I haven't posted for awhile...it's been really cold here in Pittsburgh! We haven't really been out much. I did get cabin fever! Mummy bought me new toys and a backpack! We have gone for two walks with it already and it sure makes me TIRED! I get fed after my walks and I am so pooped out I just sleep all day!

We decided to cancel Shar Pei meet ups until the warmer spring days. This winter was just too cold! So until then....I'm going back to bed :)

Happy New Year!

It's a tough life as a dog. You don't get to go anywhere you want to with your humans. I spent New Year's Eve at home, alone, while Mummy & Daddy went out. It's ok though. I was at least at home! You can bet I was alert and guarding the house! I hope everyone has a happy and prosperous 2009!

My nose is healing nicely and I am no longer mad at Mummy & Daddy. :)

Mad!

Mummy and Daddy left me with a "sitter" for almost a week! There were lots of friends, but most of them did not want to share. I have an owie on my nose...will post a picture later of it. I missed Mummy *so* much! Christmas wasn't the same! :( Mummy picked me up tonight. Daddy was trying to bribe me into forgiving him. No way! But I'll take the treats! Mummy said it was his fault that I didn't get to go where they went! :( Daddy is so mean...! But Mummy was the one who dropped me off so I am mad at her too, just not as much!

Meet Up At Jet & Remy's House & New Friends

ok... Hi Jet! Hi Remy! Wee! New house! New yard! Hi Monte! Hi Ziggy! Wow this is fun! Ziggy made himself right at home right away. Ziggy's mommy had to clean up after him. So we had to go outside to play after that. Jet and Remy have a BIIIG yard! Wee! We all pee'd on everything and pooped! It was great! We got too cold after awhile so we went inside and our mommies and daddy ate while we ran around the room. It was GREAT! Afterwards we went out again.

Then Cooper came, but he didn't want to play again :( What a party pooper! He finally had to chill out (literally!) in the car instead of playing. Oh well...! We had fun! Wrinkles came to join us too and not too long after that Monte, Ziggy and Cooper left so it was just Wrinkles, Remy, Jet and me. I felt bad for Remy. He wasn't a pei, but I wanted to play with him anyway! As you can see in my pictures we got to wrestle twice! But that was all he had in him! I had a great time and when Mummy and I left I just slept in the car while she ran some errands.

Wrinkles and his kids also got Mummy and I some Christmas presents! When I got home, Mummy gave me my Christmas presents too! Here's a picture of me sleeping with my new toys:


Last night I got to meet some more new friends. Mummy says I will be spending Christmas with them. I don't want to be without Mummy, but Edie's nice. She keeps the girls nice too! Mummy took this funny picture of one of them. She looked like she was warming her paws on the electric heater!


They also has this thing that Mummy called Mr. Piggy. His name was Eddie. He sure was cute! But I wasn't sure what he was...all he did was sit there or drink water!
